The poor packing or damage package is not allowed to ship by

Postman faces to face; or complain to local post office immediately. So that
the buyer (addressee) can ask for compensation from local post office.
Otherwise, the buyer (addressee) will lose the prior right to claim for case of
damage according to the Universal Postal Regulation.
